1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A product is eligible for return, refund, or replacement if:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In unused condition
- With original packaging
- With all accessories and manuals
- With original invoice/receipt
We cannot accept returns if:
- The product is physically damaged due to customer mishandling
- Original packaging, serial number, or warranty sticker is missing
- Damage is caused by liquid, power surge, drop, or misuse
- The request is made after the return period
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective on arrival:
- Earphones/headphones used for hygiene reasons
- Cables and accessories with broken packaging
